Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Client identity and commissioned findings are confidential by default. Publication happens only if you choose the sponsored research route.
How is billing handled?
Axis Intelligence LLC (Wilmington, Delaware) invoices in USD via Stripe — cards or bank transfer. 50% at kickoff, 50% at delivery for engagements above $10,000.
Can you work from our internal data?
Yes — under NDA, we combine your internal data with public and Axis datasets. Data handling terms are specified in the proposal.
What if the data doesn’t support the answer we hoped for?
Then the report says so, with the evidence. That has saved clients from bad launches more than once — it’s a feature.
